Digital Stories: Migration
A long time ago, I'd been up all night and was impatient to get home to tend to my existential angst. Moments after I had decided that "waiting for the light to change" was a metaphor for my whole life, I got my walk signal, and was abruptly cut off by a car turning in front of me. SEE? Just like life!
I had no idea that 20 years later, I'd turn that moment into dream sequence and poetry, and would never have imagined that I'd be submitting it to be considered for screening. On a giant screen. In my neighbourhood.
